Consultation
From a professional standpoint, this is always where we begin, to evaluate the project and provide direction on what you require. You’ll get ideas and a detailed plan for creating your ideal space
Programming
During this phase, we explore and brainstorm, learning everything we can about you in order to see the world through your eyes. It entails thoroughly discussing the project, documenting it, establishing your style preferences and ideas, and then visiting the site to measure and photograph it. We’ll create a rough budget and gather any existing architectural plans.
Conceptual Design
This is where space planning, a must for every well-designed interior, comes into play. We’ll start by fine-tuning the interior design concept and creative direction. Then, to explain the design purpose, do sketches and outline floor plans. Finally, we will choose finishes for the various elements (materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture). We are now ready to show our drawings to you for your approval before proceeding to the next level.
Design Completion
From the accepted design concept, we will build the floorplans, elevations, material selection, and furniture plans into final drawings. Any final adjustments are made here to keep your project on track and to minimise excessive delays caused by indecision or repetitive revisions.
Purchasing and Project Management
Following the planning and sketching, we continue to implement the design plans, making your fantasies a reality. We’ll talk about timeframe assumptions based on your project and the scope of work required. Regular site visits will resolve any issues that arise during the process (which they always do) and ensure that builders and contractors adhere to the design.
Installation and delivery
We’ll keep track of your bespoke furniture and accessory orders, as well as coordinate white-glove delivery and installation of window treatments, wallpaper, artwork, and other items. We will conduct a walk-through to address any last-minute issues before scheduling a final appointment to capture professional images. Following that, we’ll leave you to enjoy your ideal space!
